You can choose from different finishes—paint, stain, varnish etc. We’ll help you select one that suits both the wood type and your aesthetic (interior or exterior).

Our joinery (including doors/windows) is UK manufactured, using sustainable materials; we hold BM Trada certification for our fire-doors. While that applies specifically to fire doors, our overall quality assurance and standards are similarly rigorous.
What is the lead time for manufacturing & delivery?
Lead times depend on complexity, style, timber choice, glazing, and finish. As a bespoke manufacturer, typical lead-times are 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation.
Do you install the windows, or supply only?
We are normally supply only, however we can organise an installation service with local tradesmen in our service area (London, South East, etc.). If you’re outside, we can discuss logistics.
What is the cost, and what factors influence price?
Cost depends on timber type, style (casement, sash, storm-proof etc.), size, glazing type, finishing, and installation. We aim to be competitive while ensuring high craftsmanship. For a precise quote, we’ll visit your site / receive dimensions and design preferences.
How do I maintain wooden windows?
Regular maintenance helps preserve appearance and performance: clean the timber, check and repaint or re-stain every few years depending on exposure; ensure sealants and weather-stripping kept in good condition; lubricate hinges/furniture; inspect for water / rot ingress.
What happens if the wood warps or deteriorates?
We use good quality, responsibly-seasoned timber to minimise warping. However wood is a natural material and movement does sometimes happen. Our windows are designed to accommodate this. If issues arise, please contact us—we’ll assess whether remedial work is necessary.
